GROOVE is a dynamically interactive and creative group dance experience that is designed for everybody - and every body.
This is not your typical follow-the-leader dance program - at GROOVE everyone UNITES in a simple movement or rhythm but you get to dance it in your own UNIQUE way. There's no way to get this wrong - making it the perfect recipe to nurture your body, mind, heart and soul.

What To Expect
Each class begins with a gentle warm-up to prepare your body for movement, then you'll get your heart rate up, build strength and dance your heart out to awesome music, ending with a delicious cool-down and stillness.
There is no front or back, right or left on our dancefloor.
Expect to sweat...and to feel amazing!
How to Prepare
Dress super comfy - dress up or down, whatever makes you feel beautiful.
Shoes are optional.
Since we're gonna work up some heat, it's suggested that you hydrate a little extra during the day and bring plenty of water with you to class.
What other people think of you is none of your business.
Your way is the right way!
No one can do it for you - only you can take responsibility for your health and happiness.
You SHOULD look different - and your body should move differently than others.
These are all just good ideas until you put it into practice
