Join us on Wednesday, October 6th, 7:30pm, for an evening of Restorative Yoga and Soundbath to help you achieve deep relaxation and meditative bliss. Each pose will be enhanced by the healing vibrations of an immersive sound bath that will help you de-stress and relax your body and mind.
